According to MyFoxAtlanta, U.S. District Judge Charles Pannel Jr. signed the summons. Pannel was the same judge that previously sentenced T.I. for firearms violations.
T.I. faces three violations of his probation: testing positive for opiates, possession of ecstasy, and associating with a convicted felon.
No date has been set for the hearing.
